Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority and we take pride in our quality coffees, machines and products. We will do our utmost to resolve any issues with delivery, quality and/or damage.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number.

There is no refund or exchange available for coffee bean products, change-of-mind, pre-orders or sale items. For incorrect items our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

From time to time where required we will use substitute items where another item is currently out of stock.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include supporting photos.

Coffee Machines

All of our coffee and barista machines come with a 12 month manufacturing and parts warranty. If the machine is under warranty we will ask for photographic or video evidence of the issue prior to sending out replacement parts, advising of your nearest service centre for review and repair or discussing return and refund. Please note if it is deemed after review and repair (following a claim under warranty) is due to user error, the customer of Happy Farmer Organics will be billed in full via an invoice or on-cost from our chosen repairer/supplier. 

If the machine cannot be repaired and is still under warranty new machine or a refund will be offered.

If the machine is outside of its 12 month warranty we can advise of your nearest service centre for review and repair.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Being a food item, we do not accept returns or refunds on any coffee bean related products. We do value customer feedback so if you have any comments or concerns please don't hesitate to email us.

There is no refund or exchange available for a change in mind, for pre-orders, sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
