Return and Refunds Policy:
Coffee Beans - We do not accept returns or refunds on any coffee bean related products.
Coffee Machines - A coffee machine that is under a parts warranty we will do our best to resolve the issue with the customer. We will sometimes ask for photographic or video evidence of the issue prior to sending out any part or advising of the nearest service centre for review and repair. If the machine cannot be repaired and is still under warranty a full refund or new machine will be offered. There is no refund or exchange available for a change in mind for pre-orders or sale items. Please note due to higher demand than usual and delays due to covid-19 please allow 2-3 weeks in some circumstances for coffee machine equipment to be delivered.
