These red bourbon coffee trees are grown in red volcanic deep soil with alluvial loams at an elevation of 1774 meters above sea level, producing a well-balanced cup with body, acidity, flavour, aftertaste, and aroma all scoring in the high 8 out of 10. The internal cupping score of 87+ represents the excellence of this coffee crop.
Cup Profile: A bright sweet cup with a nippy stone fruit acidity and black tea flavour. Syrupy sticky body leads to a long caramel and cream finish.
